Grilled BBQ Chicken Legs

Ingredients required

  • 10 chicken legs
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 cup Honey Barbecue Sauce

How to make

First, heat a gas grill to medium-high. If not, put stone coals on a coals grill and heat it

Add brown sugar, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil to a small bowl until the grill is hot and mix well.

Now rub each cut chicken leg and coat it well in the mixture. Then place the chicken legs coated with the mixture on the grill

Place one side of a chicken leg on the grill for about 5 minutes and cook well. Brush chicken legs with barbecue sauce each time you turn them. This should be heated for 18 to 20 minutes and during that time, turn the chicken leg 3 to 4 times and heat it well by adding barbecue sauce. (The heating temperature should be only 165 degrees)

Remove the chicken from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with additional bbq sauce for dipping.
